Gene Hackman, the intense character actor who won two Oscars in a more than 60-year career, was on Wednesday found dead alongside his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, and their dog at home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Authorities do not suspect foul play, but have not provided a cause of death.
