Mulan Hernandez Responds To Stefon Diggs’ Lawsuit

Stefon Diggs claims that on June 7, Mulan and her friend Brianna Mack pulled up to his apartment. While there, Hernandez allegedly destroyed his wristwatch and his PC gaming system while refusing to leave Diggs’ spot. Hernandez, per the lawsuit, visited a Houston hospital the same day for minor injuries. However, she allegedly denied suffering any kind of physical abuse. Then, in her second medical visit on June 14, she reportedly claimed that someone punched her “in the back of the head.” Mack was reportedly with her.

All that said, Hernandez is presenting a different POV on the situation. On her Instagram feed, she shared a lengthy statement alleging the truth will prevail. Mulan said that on June 7, Stefon Diggs allegedly assaulted her from the back and caused a concussion.

“Months later, when the mediations HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not plan out in his favor, I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt to try and get ahead of thetruth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me, especially in my time of healing. Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone, and everything that is done in the dark will come to light.”

Hernandez also attached a photo of her visit to the Memorial Heights Emergency Center on June 7. Her diagnosis on the sheet was “minor closed head injury, concussion with no sign of consciousness.” It’s unclear if Brianna Mack has spoken out, as Mulan didn’t mention her alleged friend in her statement.

Meanwhile, in his lawsuit, Stefon Diggs is also claiming to have suffered “severe emotional distress” over Mulan’s alleged extortion and trespassing.
