3 Reasons why Seth Rollins missed WWE RAW

Seth Rollins didn’t show up on the final Monday Night RAW before Survivor Series: WarGames. WWE didn’t provide an official reason for his absence, so it should be a no-brainer that he is not injured.

At the same time, it appears that his absence was for storyline reasons, as The Visionary recently got involved in The Bloodline Civil War and has unfinished business with a few top stars.

With that in mind, we take a look at three potential reasons that might explain why the former World Heavyweight Champion wasn’t on RAW this week.

#3. His rivalry with Bronson Reed is expected to end after Survivor Series: WarGames

Seth Rollins has been engaged in a rivalry with Bronson Reed that started in early August and hasn’t ended yet. The two superstars have split wins at Crown Jewel and on RAW, respectively, and they are expected to have one more match in December.

The reason is that Bronson Reed became the fifth member of the new Bloodline and will be in action on Saturday against The OG Bloodline. Thus, Rollins and Reed didn’t continue their storyline this week to maintain the momentum from last week’s match on RAW and extend their feud through the next premium live event, Saturday Night’s Main Event (December 14).

#2. CM Punk and Solo Sikoa were not on RAW this week

CM Punk returned to WWE after a six-week hiatus and joined The OG Bloodline as the fifth member for WarGames, while reuniting with Paul Heyman. The OG Bloodline had initially offered the spot to Seth Rollins, but The Visionary had turned it down twice.

Fast-forward to Monday. Punk wasn’t on RAW, so maybe WWE kept Rollins out as well to avoid a confrontation between the two and keep the focus intact on The Bloodline Civil War. Rollins and Punk are set to re-ignite their feud in the coming weeks.

Likewise, Solo Sikoa had a video segment on RAW, sending a message to CM Punk, Paul Heyman, and The OG Bloodline ahead of Saturday’s battle. Seth could seek revenge on Solo for costing him the match against Bronson Reed last week.

#1. Seth Rollins could show up at The Bloodline WarGames Match at Survivor Series

Over the past couple of weeks, Seth Rollins has gotten involved in The Bloodline Civil War, while the return of CM Punk could create a new angle in his storyline with The Visionary.

With that in mind, fans could consider it a safe option that the former World Heavyweight Champion will show up at Survivor Series: WarGames this Saturday, November 30.

What The Visionary will do in the match remains unclear. He could show up to distract Solo Sikoa and cost him the match, taking revenge on the new Bloodline.

Alternatively, he could have a heel turn and assault The OG Bloodline, allowing Sikoa’s team to win the match. Another scenario would be to just show up and distract CM Punk, adding a new angle to his rivalry with The Best in the World.
