Wales, Norway and Finland were among the final nations to book their spot at Euro 2025 this week, with all 16 qualifiers now decided.
Tuesday night saw the remaining seven play-off second leg qualifiers take place.
History was made inside the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, but not for home team Republic of Ireland. Wales earned their spot on the plane to Switzerland next year after clinching a 2-1 win, marking the first time they’ve ever qualified for a major tournament.
Norway’s 3-0 win over Northern Ireland also made sure of their place after a thumping 4-0 first leg victory, alongside Finland who beat Scotland 2-0 on aggregare, shattering Scottish hopes of ending a seven-year absence from this stage.
