Pamela Anderson is going back to her Baywatch-era bangs — and she’s still a total babe.
Anderson, 57, debuted a full fringe at the SAG-AFTRA screening of The Last Showgirl in West Hollywood on Sunday, December 8. The actress was the talk of the soirée with her haircut — which was a major switch from her signature platinum blowout — featuring face-framing fringe that hit slightly above her eyebrows with angles that blended the strands into the rest of her mane. Her fresh trim came complete with a light brown root smudge.
Anderson’s bangs weren’t the only part of her look that caught our attention — her ensemble was just as noteworthy. She looked effortlessly chic in a brown cashmere Bottega Veneta frock featuring cutout sleeves and a pleated skirt that cascaded past her knees.
Anderson teamed her laidback look with coffee-colored heels (also from Bottega Veneta) and a soft pink manicure. She continued her makeup-free streak while also forgoing jewelry and, instead, let her outfit speak for itself.
When it comes to an above-the-neck statement, Anderson knows what she wants. For as long as she’s been in the spotlight, the actress has donned platinum blonde locks, which she regularly spins into a messy bun.
Anderson previously sported short bangs back in the 1990s that were thinly cut across her forehead, creating a wispy effect. She was known for wearing her face-framing fringe fluffy and feathered — all the better to draw attention to her signature smoky eye .
Anderson later revealed how she created her iconic hairstyle during a February 2023, “In the Bag” video with British Vogue. “Don’t know why I have a G-string in my purse, but don’t tell me that you don’t have a scrunchie,” she said, pulling out the lingerie.
She then twisted her tresses into a bun, easily creating her trademark look.
The actress quipped: “This is the trick of the trade.”
