RHOBH’s Dorit Says PK Yelled About Divorce in 4-Hour Therapy Session

Dorit Kemsley had a four-hour therapy session with estranged husband PK Kemsley that ended with them coming to blows.

“He went in very much with, like, coming to battle,” Dorit, 48, claimed during the Tuesday, January 7 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. “In therapy, he throws out, ‘This is why I want a divorce, and I don’t want to be married to this woman.’ That’s the first time I heard it.”

During her confessional, Dorit said she was “blindsided” by PK’s vitriol.

“Boom, there’s a bomb,” she said. “We were so amicable a few weeks ago. The whiplash is hard to take.”

Dorit Kemsley revealed on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 premiere what really went down between her and PK Kemsley leading to their separation after nine years of marriage. The first episode of the season premiered on Tuesday, November 19, and featured Dorit, 48, telling costar Erika Jayne the news of her and […]

Dorit also said that PK, 57, “stormed out” of the therapy session while confiding in RHOBH newcomer Bozoma Saint John.

“I walked out of that therapy session, and I thought, ‘I need to start preparing,’” Dorit continued. “I know, I need to have a plan for every possible scenario because he’s too unpredictable.”

Dorit and PK announced their split in May 2024 after nine years of marriage. The duo told fans that they “had our struggles” over the years and “made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart.” The aftermath of their separation was showcased during the RHOBH season 14 premiere in November 2024.

When speaking with Us Weekly exclusively ahead of the premiere, Dorit said she and PK had yet to discuss an actual divorce.

“We’re navigating this period,” she explained. “I just really hope that, regardless of where we go — I think if we end up getting back together — that there’s a lot of work that needs to be done. You don’t reach this place and want to just jump back into the saddle without having done the work that you know is necessary to enjoy the marriage and have the communication that you really need.”

Dorit noted that she does “think it’s possible” for a reconciliation between herself and PK.

“I think you need both people to want it,” she added. “I think sometimes having the time apart too, it can be healthy. It can also give us a chance to step back and look at our own positions and reflect and also do some work on ourselves individually so that we can bring a better version of ourselves to the marriage.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET and streams the next day on Peacock.
