One Celtic fan had a night to remember after helping orchestrate a lovely post-match moment with fans of Young Boys.
Joshua McLaughlin had just seen the Hoops make sure of a place in the Champions League playoff round after the visitors’ defender Loris Benito put through his own goal with four minutes remaining to hand Celtic a 1-0 win.
The goal was of huge relief for Brendan Rodgers’ side after they dominated the majority of the game at Celtic Park.
After the celebrations had finally dwindled post-match, McLaughlin went over to applaud the travelling fans and the Swiss contingent, in return, got him to lead a chant before a long round of applause.
The moment was shared widely on social media with Young Boys also retweeting a post from Joshua’s father Kevin.

Joshua, a young Celtic fan, was at Celtic Park with his dad yesterday and after the game there was this cute scene where Joshua did the wave with the whole YB curve. The BSC Young Boys supporters then gave him a YB scarf.
