Police boats returned to Washington’s Potomac River on Friday in an effort to pull out the remains of a midair collision that killed 67 people in the United States’ deadiest aviation disaster in two decades. Shortly after recovering the black boxes from the American Airlines plane that crashed after colliding with an Army Black Hawk helicopter on Wednesday evening, divers sought to find additional components on Friday.Â
