The release of some 180 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Israeli hostages held in Gaza has resulted in scenes of jubilation in the West Bank as families reunite with their loved ones. The overall joy is also accompanied by a sense that “justice is being done”, FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen said, citing the arbitrary nature behind some of the arrests and sentences that were handed out to Palestinian prisoners.
