AC Milan have confirmed the capture of Joao Felix on a loan deal from Chelsea.
The Portugal forward will stay at San Siro until the end of the season after becoming frustrated with a lack of opportunity under Enzo Maresca.
Felix was predominantly used in Chelsea’s ‘cup team’ and made just three starts in the Premier League.

The 25-year-old’s nomadic career continues with Milan paying a £5million loan fee for the next five months while they will also cover the player’s wages.
Felix signed for Chelsea in August 2024 from Atletico Madrid and expressed his wish to forge a career at Stamford Bridge after years of bouncing from one club to another.
He said at the time: “It’s a chance for me to find a home. I need to stay permanently in one place.
“There is no better place for me to be than Chelsea. I see a perfect place to shine. The best years are still to come. And this year is going to be a good year, because now I am permanently at home, and I can enjoy home.”
Felix will wear the number 79 shirt and could be available for head coach Sergio Conceicao when they host Roma tomorrow night in the Coppa Italia.
