Alec Baldwin’s temper flared once again during a heated confrontation in New York City, where he threatened to “snap” comedian Jason Scoop’s neck “in half” after a tense exchange outside his Manhattan home.
The Emmy-winning actor was reportedly unloading luggage when Scoop, who was impersonating Donald Trump, approached him.
Things quickly escalated into a verbal altercation, culminating in Alec Baldwin making an explicit threat against the comedian.

Alec Baldwin’s Explosive Threat Caught On Camera

Speaking exclusively to Fox News Digital, Scoop admitted he was shocked by Baldwin’s outburst.
“Truthfully, if I’m being, like, bullet to my gun to my head. No, I didn’t think he would threaten to murder me by snapping my neck in half,” Scoop said, before jokingly adding, “That was my favorite part. The ‘in half.’ Oh, snap your neck in half.”
In footage of the incident, Baldwin confronts Scoop directly, “Now, now, now, let me ask you a question. Now you realize, by the way, no, no, look at me. I want you to look at me. What, you got a camera on me?” Baldwin said, referencing a light beaming from Scoop’s finger.

Scoop walked away from the altercation but says things took an unexpected turn when Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria Baldwin, suddenly ran after him.
“You know, he was pretty menacing. I didn’t know what he was going to do,” Scoop recalled. “So me and my camera guy, we sort of run around the block, and we’re like, ‘Oh my God, we got the best video ever.’ We’re just having a moment.”
He continued, “And then I hear a woman screaming behind me, and I turn around and I immediately recognized […] I’m like, ‘That’s the cucumber chick. That’s the chick who pretended on the ‘Today’ show, chopping cucumbers. ‘How do you say cucumber?’ And I’m like, ‘Oh my goodness, that’s his wife.’”
While he couldn’t recall exactly what Hilaria was shouting, he vividly remembered her aggressive approach.

Hilaria Baldwin’s Unwavering Support For Alec Baldwin

Hilaria has long been her husband’s fiercest defender. The couple, who celebrated 12 years of marriage in 2023, have stood together through numerous controversies, including Baldwin’s ongoing legal battle over the 2021 fatal “Rust” shooting.
On October 21, 2021, Alec Baldwin fired a gun on the set of “Rust” in New Mexico, resulting in the tragic death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and the injury of director Joel Souza. Assistant director Dave Halls had informed Baldwin that the firearm was a “cold gun,” indicating it was not loaded or “not hot,” after armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed had placed the weapon on a cart on set.

Hilaria Baldwin’s Instagram Tribute

On their anniversary, Hilaria posted a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Alec, writing, “Happy 12 years of marriage, Alec…not only have there been joyful ups and sad downs that life inevitably brings, but we have also experienced everything from sideways, zigzags, tremendous love and also things that are so painfully and plainly backwards.”
During Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter case, which was dismissed in July after evidence issues, Hilaria was often seen by his side, even wearing hoodies emblazoned with messages like “Empathy” and “Boundaries are hot.” On the day charges were announced, she made headlines for stepping out in a hoodie reading simply, “Human.”
The couple shares seven children together: Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María, 3, and Ilaria, 2.
Alec Baldwin Finds Himself In Hot Water Again

While no legal action has been reported following the latest altercation, Baldwin’s heated exchange with Scoop is yet another incident in a long history of public confrontations. In 2023, Baldwin was escorted by NYPD after a confrontation at a pro-Palestinian rally. And in 2024, Alec Baldwin slapped a phone out of a woman’s hand who confronted him over the ‘Rust’ shooting and Israel.
Whether this latest outburst will have further repercussions remains to be seen, but it’s clear that Hilaria Baldwin remains “down for him” no matter what.
