So You Think Can Dance alum Allison Holker is opening up about the “triggering” discovery she made following late husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ death. In a new interview with People, Holker, 36, revealed she found a “cornucopia” of drugs in Boss’ closet, including mushrooms and “other substances I had to look up on my phone.” Holker admitted that “it was a really scary moment” to uncover things she “did not know existed” in her own home. “It also helped me process that he was going through so much and he was hiding so much,” she added, “and there must have been a lot of shame in that.” Boss died by suicide at age 40 in December 2022, shortly after he and Holker celebrated nine years of marriage. The couple shared daughter Zaia, 5, and son Maddox, 8, and Boss was the adoptive father of Holker’s eldest daughter, Weslie, 16. Holker will continue to share details regarding Boss’ death and her personal mourning process in her upcoming book, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, out February 4.
