Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) shares fell 4% in midday trading on Thursday after research firm Canalys showed the iPhone lost the top spot in the smartphone market to local rivals, including Vivo and Huawei Technologies.
Apple shipped 42.9M smartphones in China in 2024, down 17% year-over-year, compared
