Is there a new Switch console on the way?

Considering that the Nintendo Switch first hit shelves all the way back in 2017, many people have been wondering if and when we’ll see an updated version with sales now exceeding more than 145 million. Well, rumors of a Switch 2 have been making the rounds for quite some time and were recently inflamed by a potential image leak. Nintendo has yet to make an official announcement, but the company’s president, Shuntaro Furukawa, has stated that we’ll be introduced to the Switch’s successor before April 2025. We’d expect an announcement at the beginning of 2025 and a release a few months on from that.

Is Nintendo offering any direct discounts for Cyber Monday?

You won’t find any discounts on Switch consoles or accessories at Nintendo’s online store, however, Nintendo did partner with retailers over the past week (though no notable deals currently). However, there are some excellent digital game deals available. This is expected to continue as we move further into the holiday shopping season.
