Bianca Censori has been accused of adopting a ruthless approach in the workplace after marrying Kanye West, according to a former Yeezy employee.
These latest claims surrounding Bianca Censori follow previous allegations from Pierre-Louis Auvray, a former senior designer at Yeezy who worked there between 2019 and 2021.

Ex-Yeezy Employees Claim Bianca Censori Was ‘Cutthroat’

In a newly published interview with journalist Louis Pisano, an anonymous former senior designer at the fashion brand alleged that Censori became increasingly “authoritative” at Yeezy just weeks after her December 2022 wedding to the rapper.
The source claimed that despite taking control of multiple aspects of the company, Censori refused to sign contracts, further complicating workplace dynamics.
“She turned into a demon,” the ex-Yeezy staffer alleged in the piece published Friday. “She wanted to cut lunch breaks for all the seamstresses, even though we had to travel two hours to get to work every morning.”

Bianca Censori Allegedly Showed Unsettling Behavior

Beyond what the source described as harsh management decisions, the former employee also accused Censori of unsettling and inappropriate behavior within the workplace.
“Bianca was always doing weird stuff, like coming into our trailer and asking what we thought about Jews,” the designer claimed. “And one time, she even stole my vape.”
The accusations extended beyond internal affairs at Yeezy, with the source alleging that Censori also used her influence to intimidate people outside the company.
“Oh, yeah. Not just the employees, people in their lives, too,” the ex-employee alleged. “Since she became Kanye’s wife, she would threaten people in LA, using her position. I got loads of messages from people with bad experiences.”

Former Yeezy Designer Speaks Out

Earlier this week, Pierre-Louis Auvray, a former senior designer at Yeezy, accused Censori of sending racist and explicit images while working at the company.
“She sent things like an image of Edward Scissorhands renamed ‘Edward N-ggerhands’ and graphic porn,” Auvray alleged in an interview with Pisano, while also sharing screenshots of the supposed messages from Censori.
In the same interview, Auvray claimed that West engaged in troubling behavior as well, alleging that the rapper once “started rapping about people dying at Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert” while in the car.
“He was looking at me like he expected me to laugh, and that’s when I first started realizing he was awful,” he recalled.

Auvray further claimed that West made antisemitic remarks while working with Yeezy staffers and allegedly instructed employees to design a “Pete Davidson has AIDS” T-shirt as a way to mock the comedian while he was dating Kim Kardashian. For the record, Davidson has publicly denied ever having HIV.

Kanye West Claims Swastika Shirt Was An Eight-Year-Old Idea Amid Antisemitism Backlash

Kanye West has ignited further controversy by claiming that his Swastika t-shirt wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment creation but a concept he had been developing for nearly a decade. The rapper made the revelation upon his return to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, after previously deleting his account following a series of antisemitic comments.
The controversial shirt, which was briefly listed for sale on West’s Yeezy website, featured a white design emblazoned with the swastika symbol. Amid intense backlash, the rapper defended his actions, claiming that the symbol holds different meanings across cultures.
“I remember going to Japan and gasping when I saw what is known as the swastika on clothing. It felt illegal to even look at it [but then] I found out that swastika had many different meanings and many different names,” West said, according to The Daily Mail.
While many believed the shirt was a deliberate provocation in his ongoing antisemitic rhetoric, West insists the design was not impulsive. “I’ve had my swastika t-shirt idea for over 8 years,” he stated. “It was so intriguing to me that a symbol had so much programming in it.”

Yeezy Website Taken Down

Shortly after West put the shirt for sale, Shopify took down his Yeezy website, cutting off his ability to sell the controversial item. The platform later issued a statement explaining its decision.
“All merchants are responsible for following the rules of our platform,” the company remarked, per Page Six. “This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms, so we removed them from Shopify.”
In response, West framed Shopify’s decision as a “major victory,” stating that he “hates” the company. He also warned other brands about the risks of using the platform to sell their products.
“Anyone who’s on Shopify just know they control your market and they have all of your data, which raises the value of Shopify while excluding the brands from that upside,” the rapper claimed.
