Blake Lively has filed a new complaint in her ongoing dispute with “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging that two of her female co-stars from the film will corroborate her claims.
There seems to be no end in sight for the pair’s full-blown legal battle as Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, revealed that he dismissed the option of heading to mediation with Lively.
In her latest complaint, Blake Lively further alleged that Justin Baldoni “harassed” bystanders while filming “It Ends With Us.”

Blake Lively Says Two Female Co-Stars Will Back Her Claims Against Justin Baldoni

Lively has filed a new legal document in her legal battle with Justin Baldoni, asserting that two co-stars, who have not been named, will provide testimony supporting her allegations against him.
In her filing, made late on Tuesday night, the “Gossip Girl” star claimed the two actresses also suffered uncomfortable experiences with Baldoni; however, she refused to name them or share screenshots of texts to protect their privacy.
“Importantly, however, these victim-witnesses have given Ms. Lively permission to share their communications in the Amended Complaint as they are laid out, and they will testify and produce documents in the discovery process,” a spokesperson for Lively said, per the Daily Mail.

The Actress’s New Filing States That Justin Baldoni Also ‘Harassed’ Bystanders

According to the news outlet, Lively’s updated claims reportedly contain “significant contemporaneous evidence” that she was not alone in crying foul against the alleged on-set misconduct, along with “corroboration of her original claims.”
It also reportedly claims “evidence detailing the threats, harassment, and intimidation” of not just her but “numerous innocent bystanders.”
Lively and Baldoni have been locked in a contentious court battle after she filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him in December before he followed up with a $400 million countersuit against her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, as well as their publicist.

Justin Baldoni Doesn’t Want Mediation With Blake Lively

Meanwhile, Baldoni has seemingly doubled down on his quest to prove that he didn’t do what he’s accused of and has opted out of having a mediation with Lively.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, recently appeared on the “Hot Mics With Billy Bush” podcast, where he gave an update on the actor’s mental health amid his legal war with Lively, revealing that he’s “grateful” to be with his family, as well as allow “other fire victims use his house,” per the Daily Mail.
“But like anyone else who would be going through a situation where you’re accused of something that you did not do, and are suffering in a public way, I think it’s distressful, to say the least,” Freedman said.

The host then brought up the “alleged HR complaints” about the two women who claim to have experienced some form of misconduct with Baldoni, asking if the claims had been investigated.
“I think we’re looking into everything. It’s interesting. What are the dates of these complaints?” Freedman replied as Bush confirmed that names and dates had been ‘redacted’ from the complaints.
“I’m not really sure why the dates are redacted, that’s interesting. I’m unaware of any HR complaints that have been filed,” the attorney added.

The Actress Subpoenaed Cell Carriers For ‘Receipts’

Before filing her new complaint, Lively sought proof of her allegation by seeking “receipts” from cell carriers Cloudflare and AOL, as well as from Jed Wallace, a crisis consultant who was linked with launching a “digital army” against the actress on Baldoni’s behest.
According to Deadline, Lively’s lawyers, attorneys Esra Hudson and Michael Gottlieb, confirmed she sent subpoenas to all three, which will compel them to release necessary phone records relevant to the case.
Lively’s lawyers also claimed that by initiating this discovery process, the actress would be able to “expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ her reputation and family over the past year.”
Witness Claims Justin Baldoni Was Very ‘Caring’ And ‘Respectful’ On Set

A source who worked on the “It Ends With Us” set claimed that Baldoni is the victim of “obvious lies” spread about him by Lively and Reynolds.
The insider claimed they had text conversations proving that Baldoni was not all he’s alleged to be, adding that he was quite reserved about acting in romantic scenes with Lively.
“I got so angry hearing those obvious lies that I felt compelled to speak my truth,” the source told the Daily Mail.
They continued, “He cared so deeply about that movie. It’s absolutely ludicrous that anyone could ever say he was anything other than polite, respectful, caring, and professional during the process. I have text messages that show just how sensitive and thoughtful he was about it.”

The Hollywood source, who refused to be named for fear of a negative repercussion on their career, said Lively and Reynolds would use their combined fortune to elongate the case just to make it as expensive and “brutal” as possible for Baldoni.
“His friends, family, and co-workers know the truth and at the end, the rest of the public will too,” they added.
