Estate of ‘Superman’ co-creator sues to block release of new movie

The estate of one of the co-creators of “Superman” has sued Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD) to prevent the release of the latest movie featuring the comic-book character this summer in a number of major overseas markets, according to media reports.
