The tournament is scheduled to commence on January 11, and concluding on February 9, 2025. The action-packed season will feature 34 matches, including the playoffs, spread across three iconic venues in the UAE: Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The league will follow a double round-robin format where each of the six teams will play against each other twice in the group stage, leading up to the playoffs which will determine the champion of this third edition of the ILT20
