Supermodel Gisele Bündchen empowered her followers on Instagram with a message about nurturing energy in ways that spread love and compassion.

Bündchen’s post comes days after her ex-husband, Tom Brady, reflected on 2024, revealing that it didn’t go how he wanted.

The Victoria’s Secret model is pregnant for her boyfriend and Jiu-Jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente, an occurrence that reportedly shocked Brady.

On Friday, Bündchen took to her Instagram page to share a powerful message with her over 23 million followers.

She began, “A new year is a special time to reflect on all that we learned and what are the new things we want to create in our lives.”

Bündchen stated that everyone is responsible for where they choose to focus their energy and what they create. She added, “May you choose to nurture your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion—for yourself and for others.”

The 44-year-old wished her followers endless blessings and an extraordinary journey in the new year. She concluded, “Let’s make 2025 an amazing year! Sending so much love to all.”

Bündchen accompanied her post with three captivating pictures showing her love for nature.

The first picture showed her holding a yellow flower over her forehead and smiling as she posed. The photo’s background featured green vegetation.

The second snapshot showed heart-shaped clouds in the beautiful sunset, while the third photo showed Bündchen sitting on the grass and watching the sunset. She spread her arms wide to savor the experience.

However, the model didn’t show any glimpse of her baby bump.

Bündchen’s post comes days after her ex-husband and NFL icon Tom Brady reflected on the past year with a post on Instagram.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner shared a series of snaps with his three children, Jack, 17, who he shares with his ex-partner Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, who he shares with Bündchen.

Brady wrote in the post’s caption, “I couldn’t have imagined a better way to ring in the new year than with the loves of my life. Reflecting on last year and thinking about the year ahead, there’s no better perspective than looking at these three and always trying to be better for them each day, and helping to guide them in whatever way possible.”

The father of three expressed gratitude for the “experiences, blessings, family, friends, and everyone else who has impacted me along the way.” He also said he is “blessed to have joy and gratitude” in his life.

The former New England Patriots star explained, “No year ever goes exactly the way we want, but when I think about 2024, I could not have imagined any better. So many new experiences that I got to share with amazing people, especially the three beautiful angels in these photos.”

Brady concluded his lengthy caption by wishing his followers a happy and healthy 2025 before adding, “The best is yet to come!”

Bündchen, who split from Brady in 2022, has been dating Joaquim Valente since June 2023. An insider told PEOPLE Magazine that the expectant mom and her boyfriend are happy about their baby’s arrival.

The source shared, “Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”

The former quarterback also reportedly found his ex-wife’s pregnancy “a hard pill to swallow” and needed time to process it.
