Foxx seemingly added fuel to the rumors that Diddy “poisoned” him after he stylishly dodged a question on whether or not the reports were true.

According to the Daily Mail, the actor was seen filling up his sleek baby-blue Mercedes G-Wagon in Los Angeles late last month and was asked to weigh in on the rumors.

He replied, “God bless you,” deflecting the topic with a smile. The comedian went on to add, “I’m feeling good, I’m feeling better.”

However, sources at the show dispelled the Diddy poisoning rumors, telling TMZ that while Foxx did mention the rapper’s name during his one-man show, it was all in “jest.”

Diddy’s third bail request was denied ahead of his sex crimes trial in May 2025. The rapper’s lawyers had argued that it was necessary for him to be released as being locked up before the trial had hampered his preparation for the case.

They proposed “an extremely substantial, comprehensive bail package” that included several conditions alongside a $50 million bond to secure the music mogul’s release.

However, the presiding judge, Arun Subramanian, ruled in favor of the prosecutors’ wishes for Diddy’s continued incarceration in the Metropolitan Detention Center.

“The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community,” read the ruling, per USA TODAY.

In September, Diddy was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution following an indictment by a federal grand jury.

The arrest revealed allegations that the rapper used his wealth and influence in the entertainment industry to “fulfill his sexual desires,” including organizing hedonistic parties known as “freak offs,” where female victims were allegedly forced to engage in marathon sex with male prostitutes.

It was also claimed that Diddy recorded these gatherings electronically for his personal interest.

In addition, the rapper is facing a series of civil lawsuits filed over the past year by multiple alleged victims.
