Justin Bieber continues to fuel fans’ worries about his well-being as he shared a new video of himself smoking a joint directly at a camera.

The singer, who looked bleary-eyed in the new clip, has been making headlines lately due to his bizarre public outings and gaunt looks.

Amid heightened calls for Justin Bieber to get help, his rep came out to condemn speculations that he is using “hard drugs” while attributing his disheveled appearance to a lack of sleep.

In a new video posted online to his Instagram Stories, singer Justin Bieber left fans scratching their heads as he inhaled and exhaled smoke from a “joint” in his hand directly at his camera.

At one point in the one-minute clip, Justin, who was dressed in a black beanie and hoodie, had a grin plastered on his face.

He smiled for a long time and danced to a song in the background, seemingly having a good time with his joint.

The “Baby” singer’s video comes shortly after he released another video in which he rapped about being “high.”

It also follows a string of concerning outings that have sparked fears that Justin and his wife, Hailey, might have marital issues.

Fans of Justin did not take his new video well, as they rushed to social media to share how “disappointed” they were by his behavior.

One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Hes clearly stopped taking his meds, and it’s sad to watch.”

Another person noted, “This is so sad and scary. I hope he gets help soon.”

“Is this what he’s doing with his life now? With a newborn?” someone asked, adding, “Hollywood broke another one.”

Another fan commented, “Man… this is really not a good look on [Justin Bieber] for real. He made me grow up believing in love, set a standard now, he’s turned to this? I’m so disappointed.”

Bieber recently addressed the truth behind his bizarre public outings that led fans to speculate he’s doing drugs.

A rep for the “Sorry” hitmaker told TMZ that the rumors are “absolutely not true,” and he’s starting to feel drained by the rumors that he is struggling with his mental and physical health.

“The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,” the rep told the news outlet, adding that his client is actually “in one of the best places in his life.”

Bieber is said to be focused on “actively parenting his newborn son,” Jack Blues, whom he welcomed in August with his wife, Hailey Bieber, and working on making new music.

The rep added that Bieber, who turns 31 later this week, has endured a “very transformative” past year, in which “he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.”

Justin’s rep further explained that the singer’s lack of sleep following extended working hours making music was the cause of his rough appearance.

He caused a stir online when he was photographed in New York earlier this month, where he appeared red-eyed with dark circles around his eyes.

On another occasion, Justin stepped out in public dressed in a bathrobe while looking disheveled.

Sources said his weary appearance was the result of restless nights recording in the studio, adding that he’d also stayed up “caring for his son who was having trouble falling asleep as well.”

The rep added that the rumors about his mental and physical health are “exhausting and pitiful and show that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”

According to the Daily Mail, a source said Hailey was “deeply concerned” for her husband, Justin, and doesn’t know “where to turn” for “help,” as he seemingly “doesn’t care about his well-being anymore” and has “lost” all “motivation.”

“He’s not working out like he used to, he doesn’t seem to eat like he once did, and people can see he has lost weight,” the insider shared. “It’s like he doesn’t care about his well-being anymore. He’s moodier too. People are worried that he’s lost any motivation, even for his music.”

They continued, “He goes to start recording but then he cancels sessions because ‘he isn’t in the mood.’ It’s like he is struggling to focus on his own songwriting.”
