The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has shared a sneak peek of her new show, “With Love, Meghan.”
In the short clip, the royal can be seen cooking beside chef Roy Choi as they discuss their love for “karaoke” and “dancing.”
Meghan Markle’s Netflix show was initially slated for release on January 15 but was postponed due to the Los Angeles wildfires.

The duchess looked at ease in the kitchen as she cooked alongside chef Choi while chatting about their shared experiences, including dance moves from when they were younger.
“The best thing about Koreatown is that you could go to all ages clubs and karaoke bars,” Meghan began, prompting Choi to say, “I was part of dance crews, all that stuff.”
Meghan then started recalling dance moves “that were such a big deal,” like the “Roger Rabbit” and the “Kid-N-Play,” and how “it was just so much fun.”
Choi noted excitedly, “Man, you and I are so similar. We should have met a long time ago.”
Meghan then brought up the topic of music, asking Choi if he enjoys playing songs while cooking.

“I listen to a lot of lyrical jazz, hip-hop,” the chef said, adding, “Sometimes speed metal, death metal.”
This response seemingly took Meghan aback, as she replied, “No, you don’t” and asked, “What’s speed metal?”
After Choi explained that speed metal is “just like dark [metal],” Meghan interjected, “That doesn’t sound like the joy of cooking.”
However, she agreed that “we’re all multi-faceted folks” when the chef stated, “We all have different sides to who we are.”
The clip ended with Meghan chuckling after Choi joked that listening to death metal is “good for when you’re bothering.”

The Duchess of Sussex recently rebranded her lifestyle company from American Riviera Orchard to ‘As Ever in a move to expand beyond locally-produced goods.
New trademark filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office indicate that As Ever will introduce a range of baking mixes, including those for biscuits, cookies, and crepes, positioning the brand as a competitor to industry giants like Betty Crocker and Dr. Oetker.
According to the Daily Mail, the application was submitted by 2022 Trademarks LLC, a Delaware-based entity managing Meghan’s business interests.
The As Ever website features a heartwarming image of Meghan and her daughter, Lilibet, walking hand-in-hand across a sunlit lawn.
In a February 18 Instagram video, Meghan unveiled the rebrand and announced a significant partnership with Netflix.
She began: “In two weeks, my show is coming out, which I’m so excited for, and also my business, which I think there’s been a lot of curiosity about.”

In the video, Meghan elaborated on the inspiration behind As Ever, reflecting on the evolution of her brand.
She said, “Last year, I had thought ‘You know what, American Riviera, that sounds like such a great name, it’s my neighbourhood, it’s a nickname for Santa Barbara’, but it limited me to things that were just manufactured and grown in this area.”
“Then Netflix came on, not just as my partner in the show, but as my partner in my business, which was huge,” Meghan noted.
Explaining the deeper meaning of the new name, she shared, “As Ever essentially means as it’s always been, and if you’ve followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know, I’ve always loved cooking and crafting and gardening.”
“This is what I do, and I haven’t been able to share it with you in the same way for the past few years but now I can. So as things are starting to trickle out there, I wanted you to hear it from me first,” Meghan added.

The Duchess’s Lifestyle Brand Will Launch Alongside Her TV Show

Meghan’s highly-anticipated lifestyle brand, As Ever’s debut, coincides with the release of her Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan,” premiering on March 4.
In the caption of her Instagram post, the royal gave more insight into the project she’s been quietly developing and her new brand name.
“Some of you may have heard whispers about what I’ve been creating,” she captioned the video. “In two weeks, my series on @netflix launches — but there’s something else I’ve been working on. I’m thrilled to introduce you to As Ever — a brand that I created and have poured my heart into.”
Explaining the meaning behind the name, she continued, “As ever’ means ‘as it’s always been’ or some even say ‘in the same way as always.’ If you’ve followed along since my days of creating The Tig, you’ll know this couldn’t be truer for me.”

She described the new venture as a reflection of her longtime passions, noting, “This new chapter is an extension of what has always been my love language, beautifully weaving together everything I cherish — food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living, and finding joy in every day.”
