Pedro Pascal Claps Back At Anti-Trans Trolls In A Savage Way

Pedro Pascal is once again using his platform to stand up for the transgender community, and he’s not holding back.

Over the weekend, “The Last of Us” star shared a powerful message on Instagram in support of trans rights, earning widespread praise, but also attracting criticism from some followers.

Rather than ignoring the backlash, Pedro Pascal took to the comments section with a series of sharp and perfectly timed responses.

The actor, who has long been vocal about LGBTQ+ rights, posted a photo of a sign reading, “A WORLD WITHOUT TRANS PEOPLE HAS NEVER EXISTED AND NEVER WILL.”

Given the ongoing legislative attacks on transgender rights, his message was timely and resonated with many of his 8.8 million followers. But while plenty of fans applauded his stance, others weren’t so pleased.

One commenter declared, “You were my favorite actor… I’m unfollowing you…. Bullsh-t,” to which Pedro sarcastically replied, “nooooooooooo [manicure emoji].”

Another expressed disappointment, writing, “Man, you were one of my favorite actors until this… [disappointed face emoji],” only for Pedro to fire back, “That’s too bad. Wait, no I don’t give a sh-t.”

And when someone else threatened to unfollow him, Pedro responded, “later, gator!”

His unwavering stance shouldn’t come as a surprise. Pedro has been a fierce advocate for trans rights, largely influenced by his close relationship with his sister, Lux Pascal, who publicly came out as transgender in 2021.

In an interview at the time, Lux revealed that Pedro was one of the first people she told and that he immediately responded with love and support. He later shared her magazine cover on Instagram, writing, “Mi hermana, mi corazón, nuestra Lux” (“My sister, my heart, our Lux”).

While Pedro has previously made it clear that he prefers not to speak on behalf of his sister, he has always emphasized his support. “She is and has always been one of the most powerful people and personalities I’ve ever known,” he told Esquire. “My protective side is lethal, but I need her more than she needs me.”

Pedro’s no-nonsense responses haven’t just shut down the trolls, they’ve also won over the internet. Fans have been flooding social media with praise, celebrating his unwavering stance and sharp wit. Over on Reddit, a forum quickly filled with admiration for the actor’s bold replies.

One of the top comments summed it up perfectly: “‘Nooooooooo[manicure emoji]’ is iconic.” Another user wholeheartedly agreed, responding, “Right??? I love it so much.”

Others highlighted how Pedro’s advocacy isn’t just performative, it’s deeply personal. “God, I love him. These people aren’t only vile, but they’re incredibly stupid. Pedro is very close with his sister and has always been outspoken about transgender rights,” one user pointed out.
