South Africa on Saturday condemned as “propaganda” claims by US President Donald Trump that a new law would enable Pretoria to expropriate land from white farmers. Trump issued an order freezing aid to South Africa over a law which came into effect in January that he alleges allows land to be seized from white farmers “without compensation”.
