Taylor Swift has officially touched down in New Orleans, and she wasted no time stepping out for a special night with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

The pop superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end were spotted holding hands after enjoying “an intimate dinner” with close friends Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes.

This marks the second Super Bowl Taylor Swift will have attended since she and Travis Kelce began dating nearly two years ago.

The power couples dined at one of the city’s most renowned French restaurants, described as one of the “sexiest” spots in New Orleans, where they reportedly spent a few hours enjoying their meal in a private room.

“A crowd of a few dozen people had gathered outside, cheering and taking videos as they left just after 10 p.m.,” Nola News reported.

Swift, who arrived in town to cheer on Kelce as the Chiefs prepare to face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 2025 at Caesars Superdome, looked stunning in a black turtleneck mini dress paired with sleek boots.

Kelce, on the other hand, opted for a more relaxed look, sporting a gray tracksuit. The couple was flanked by security as they exited the restaurant and made their way to a waiting car.

Kelce’s pre-Super Bowl date night comes as a bit of a surprise, as most players typically remain in their hotels in the final days leading up to the big game.

According to the NFL, “coaches and players spend the two weeks before the Super Bowl poring over their opponent’s game film and shoring up any areas of concern. Teams keep the same Wednesday through Friday practice schedule to maintain regular-season habits”.

Kelce himself has previously spoken about how important it is for him to stay focused ahead of the NFL’s biggest showdown.

“We’ve got one week, we do what we need to do then we can party in Vegas for the rest of our lives,” Travis told his brother, Jason Kelce, on their “New Heights” podcast. “Everybody is pretty motivated and locked in at the task at hand.”

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez were spotted enjoying a night out together at Negroni Caffe Bar in Los Angeles, just before Swift headed to New Orleans to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs as they face off against the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 2025.

The pop superstar and the “Only Murders in the Building” actress reportedly had a “giggly” and lighthearted evening, enjoying each other’s company away from the public eye.

“It was just the two of them and their security guards,” a restaurant spokesperson told Page Six. “They were very sweet, giggly with each other, and having fun. They were open to talking to us and not brushing us off, so that was really nice to see.”

The staff also had a memorable interaction with the pair, with one employee sharing that Gomez struck up a conversation with his coworker, who recently moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. “She had a really great conversation with him about his experience here,” the spokesperson shared. “He’s also trying to become an actor, so she was very motivational.”

It wasn’t just the restaurant employees who had an unforgettable evening because the bartender also got his own exciting moment. He took to Instagram to share his excitement after serving Swift a cocktail appropriately named London Boy, inspired by her song of the same name from her “Lover” album.

“I can’t believe I got to serve The London Boy to #taylorswift herself! Life is such an amazing experience,” he wrote.

Quoting fellow musician Halsey, he referenced the saying, “Don’t meet your heroes, they’re all f-cking weirdos,” but insisted that Swift proved otherwise.

“But she was wrong,” he continued. “I got to meet my idol and she was as kind as she is stunning!”

Last year, the “Down Bad” singer was in attendance at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, where she watched the Chiefs defeat the San Francisco 49ers in a thrilling 25-22 overtime victory.
