President Donald Trump on Saturday signed an order to impose 25 percent tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico and 10 percent from China, firing the first shot of a trade war with the countries’ long-time trade partners. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his country would put matching 25 percent tariffs on up to $155 billion in US imports in retaliation.
