US Treasury’s workstations breached in cyberattack by China, AFP reports By Reuters

(Reuters) – A Chinese state-sponsored actor was behind a cyberattack of the U.S. Treasury Department, resulting in access to some of its workstations, Agence France-Presse reported on Monday, citing a letter to Congress.

The Treasury Department did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
