The West Indies have made two forced changes to their squad for the upcoming ODI series. This three-match series will begin on December 8, 2024, in St Kitts & Nevis.Â
Pacers Marquino Mindley and Jediah Blades have been called up to replace two injured players. Matthew Forde and Shamar Joseph have both been struggling with injuries, hence their replacements.Â
Forde has been recovering from a thigh injury sustained during the England series recently. Meanwhile, Joseph has been dealing with shin splints he picked up in the Bangladesh Test series.

On the other hand, Joseph has been suffering from shin splints, which he picked up recently in Bangladesh. As a result of these injuries, both players have been withdrawn from the squad for this series.
Mindley and Blades Make Their Debut Call-ups
Marquino Mindley, who was the leading wicket-taker in the recent Super 50 ODI tournament, earns his first call-up to the West Indies squad.Â

Similarly, Jediah Blades is also included for his strong performances in the same competition. Both players will now be looking forward to making their ODI debut in the series against Bangladesh.
The three-match ODI series will take place in St Kitts & Nevis, with the first match on December 8, followed by the second match on December 10, and the third on December 12.
